Terms of Use

The ground rules for using AdGone and AdGone+, kept short and readable.

🤝The agreement

AdGone is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. By using the app you agree to both. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

🛡️About blocking

AdGone blocks ads, trackers and other content in Safari using filter lists written and maintained by third parties. Those lists change often, and so do websites. AdGone can't promise to block every ad or tracker, and now and then it may hide something you wanted or stop a site from working properly. The allowlist and the protection levels are there for that.

AdGone is not a complete security product. Security filters and DNS protection block many known malware, phishing and scam sites, but not all of them. Adult-site blocking covers many known sites, but not all of them, and is no substitute for parental controls. Keep using your own judgement.

DNS protection relies on the DNS service you choose, which is run by another company under its own terms.

⭐️AdGone+ subscriptions

  • AdGone+ is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions: a monthly plan, a yearly plan, and a yearly plan with Family Sharing. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • With the family plan, up to five other members of your Family Sharing group can use AdGone+.

✅Using the app

Please use AdGone lawfully and for yourself. Some websites ask visitors not to use content blockers; whether to allow a site is your choice, and the allowlist makes it easy. Features may change over time as we improve the app, and some depend on your device, iOS version or region.

⚖️Liability

To the extent the law allows, AdGone is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for losses arising from content that was or wasn't blocked, or from sites that didn't work as expected while AdGone was on. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
